- Whilst we take reasonable steps to counteract viruses and other things with contaminating or destructive properties, we do not give any warranty that www. lloydstsbcompare.com is free from viruses or anything else which may have a harmful effect on any technology. (ii) for marketing purposes and to contact you about their products;
- to credit reference and fraud prevention agencies to help us and others make credit decisions and prevent fraud, where our regulators or the law requires this and to other financial organisations involved in order to prevent or detect fraud, or, once satisfied of the circumstances, when asked to assist law enforcement agencies investigating criminal offences;
- to organisations we engage to carry out market research and other research/analysis on our behalf; and
- if www. lloydstsbcompare.com or any part of its business is sold to or integrated with another business, to the new owners (and their professional advisers on the transaction) to be used by the new owners and their group of companies in the same ways as set out in this Clause, including to continue providing you with the same services and marketing information services as with www. lloydstsbcompare.com

If we do not exercise or enforce any legal right or remedy, either under these terms or any applicable law, this will not be taken to be a formal waiver of our rights and we reserve the right to exercise such rights or remedies.
- If any of these terms are determined by any court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed. The remaining terms, conditions and provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Neither party may assign or transfer any of its rights under these terms and conditions without the prior written consent of the other. We may assign or transfer our rights under this agreement following a reorganisation or to any company within the Group for our convenience. No term in this agreement is enforceable under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 by any person who is not a party to it.
